Reggae Academy Awards signs top artists
The first Reggae Academy Awards, scheduled for February 24, 2008 in Kingston, Jamaica announced that Shaggy, Sean Paul, Morgan Heritage, Elephant Man, Diana King, Ky-Mani Marley, Ce'Cile, Etana, Assassin, and Voise Mail have signed to appear at the awards ceremony.
